2c) Cord from air filter in living room was capable of forming a loop and accessible to children, two string lights in two planters were accessible to children and capable of forming a loop. 2d) Ziploc plastic bags were in unlocked lower kitchen drawer accessible to children 2e) Bow and arrow was outside in toy storage accessible to children 3a) Knives and pizza cutter was in unlocked drawer in kitchen accessible to children 4f) Stairway was not gated off during visit and there was a toddler in care. 5a) Outlets in front play room and living room were accessible to children and not tamper resistant 5b) Outlet next to kitchen sink was not GFCI or tamper resistant and outlet next to bathroom sink was not tamper resistant.
